Is this mild, medium, or hot?

Mild - not hot at all, just really good flavor!

Is this mexican rice mix complete? It seems like something is missing.

Yes, it's complete.....nothing missing But, it's a big package that will make enough rice to feed a crowd. To make smaller batches.....for each cup of uncooked rice, just add water (about 2 cups), and, stir in 3 tablespoons of the mix, and, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. I make it using a rice cooker and don't even bother browning the rice first. Comes out great! Even my Latino friends have compliment me on it!

Where do i locate the expiration date on the package of lawrys mexican rice mix?

Thank you. ~ Erica

I ordered the mexican rice that came in the 11oz package. For 1 or 2 cups of rice how much of the mix do I add? I don't need to make 2 quarts of rice.

Honestly, I haven't tried the seasoning yet, but my plans were to use a few Tablespoons (per 1 cup water/broth). I wish they made these in smaller servings like other packaged seasonings, but from the reviews, this makes amazing Mexican Rice, so I couldn't pass up trying it. Let me know what you think when you try it 😁.
