I love this iron!!! I’ve been anemic for a good 25/30 years and I’ve tried many different irons... pills and liquids. I find that these are the easiest to take and they WORK!! I’ve been taking this particular iron for just about a year now and I love it. My iron (hemoglobin) has been as low as 6 at times. I recently went to the dr for a physical and my iron was at an 11. Respectable for me. My Dr still recommended I double up because it appears I have low absorption. I had to return to the Dr 4 weeks later and have blood work done for a different issue. My iron had gone up to 14. I was impressed. So he told me to scale back to one pill a day and we’ll reassess in the fall. So I am VERY happy with this chewable and it’s effectiveness. It tastes like candy. I do eat something after because (1) I don’t care for the iron taste it leaves in the back of my throat and (2) it gives me just a TAD bit of stomach upset when I take it in an empty stomach. Nothing major at all but why not just eat something. And I feel perfectly fine. I hope they never change or discontinue the product. I’m a fan!

This works, and the texture is similar to Laffy Taffy or Starburst with the flavor being a strong cherry. I had very low iron levels, and after three months of taking this, my levels returned to normal. The increase was significant, so if you’re wondering about results, it does work. The one thing worth mentioning is that after taking it consistently for a couple of months, I personally experienced flavor fatigue. The taste itself is good, but by the third month I found it harder to want to take daily. I even tried switching to another flavor, but that didn’t help much. This isn’t a reflection of the product’s quality, just something to consider if you’re sensitive to repeating the same flavor long-term.

I started taking these Soft Chews with 45 mg of Iron a couple of months ago, and I’ve already noticed a big improvement in my ferritin levels! Before starting, my iron levels were low, and I was feeling fatigued and sluggish. After a few weeks, my ferritin went up significantly, which was confirmed by my doctor through lab tests. The chews are easy to take and don’t leave that typical metallic aftertaste that other iron supplements do. I also like that they’re gentle on my stomach and don’t cause any discomfort, which has been an issue with other forms of iron for me in the past. Highly recommend these if you’re looking for an effective and easy way to improve your iron levels!

I just received these today, and right away I tried one, because if they taste funky (like a penny/blood/gross) there's no way I'd continue to take them. Right out the gate, they're delicious. They remind me of a Starbust, just not as sweet/sugary. So kudos to them on making a decent tasting iron supplement! I had gastric bypass 10 years ago, so sugar isn't my friend. I have malabsorbtion issues due to my bypass, so my iron levels are always rock bottom. Like - come on girl, don't pass out today - kind of low. I have iron deficiency Anemia and I receive infusions. I can't tolerate pills so it's either gummies or nothing. These taste great without a ton of sugar, only need 1 per day, no funky after taste and while the price can be a bit of an ouch factor, it's actually pretty average for gummy vitamins. So this tics a lot of positive boxes for me. So far, just based on the taste and ease of use, I give these an A+. Time will tell if they help raise and maintain my iron levels at my 6 month labs, but I'm hopeful!

Always recommending this supplement to family friends. Takes a few weeks for constipation issue to go away, but has tremendously helped with my stopping hair loss and doesn’t make me nauseous

2 years ago I had to have an iron infusion due to anemia. My experience wasn’t great with it. I had a little allergic reaction. However my levels went up to normal. Fast forward to 3 months ago when I had an iron check with my hematologist. My levels were dropping below normal again. He asked me if I wanted to go straight to the infusion or try a supplement. I opted to try a supplement. He told me that the dose must be 65 mg of elemental iron 2-3 times a day. I know that iron supplements can be hard on the digestive system. So I did some searching and found this supplement. I am not a bariatric patient but read that it was also for people with anemia. So I gave it a try. The taste was very good and it didn’t affect my digestive system in any way. I was hoping it was actually working. And although I have not managed to remember to take more than one a day, I HAVE been at least chewing ONE a day. I’ve taken it for almost 3 full months now. My doc scheduled me for a follow up for this coming Friday. I got my bloodwork done this past Friday in preparation for the appointment. I woke up with an email from the lab saying my results were available. I am VERY PLEASED to say that my iron saturation went from 12% (low) to 20% (normal range) and iron itself from 49 to 70 in these 3 months of only taking the one pill of 45 mg!!!!! Not even near the dose I was told to take!! I am SO happy!!!! My sister is now taking this too for her low iron!!!!
