Does anybody tried to use this flour with manual pasta maker machine? If yes then does this flour should be mixed with another one of different type?

You don’t need to add any other flour, just this four (semola or semolina). You just need 1/2 of liquid per semolina quantity; for instance 200g of semola for 100g of liquid (I use eggs, but you can use a mixture of eggs and water or water for pasta shapes that requires more body). It is hard to knead, so if you need just add a bit more water to your hand. Rest the dough for 30min and then proceed to make whatever pasta you like. I have found that flour quite good and forgiven to mistakes. Hope it helps? ☺️

whats the use by date please
