Onyx White Ice Cube Tray Stand

Love the idea of this stand and the stainless steel ice trays to go with. However, the stand arrived with one of the long pieces that hold the trays bent. Tray wobbles and tips on it. Fortunately it's the top "shelf" of the stand and I ordered only two ice trays so I'm keeping and using it. Too much hassle to return. Works fine for the two trays I have, but I don't understand how a company that prides itself on producing heavy-duty stainless steel kitchenware would ship out something like this. It wasn't damaged in shipping. It was bent before it went into the box. I like the stand otherwise, so a VERY generous 3 stars.

Neat idea in theory...I liked the idea of this and bought it (and the cool old fashioned icy cube trays!) without thinking practically. To start: this takes up a fair amount of freezer room. Most people have at least 4 ice cube trays so 2 of these stands would eat up a lot of freezer space.That said, it does keep the trays neatly stacked and the trays can't stick (freeze) together

Not easy to situate cube trays on rack so that they sit level. Needs shelves wig complete support.

The bottom of each shelf has only one piece on which the tray must balance until you get it on the whole way. It's a little stressful sliding the tray in because I'm worried the water will spill all over my freezer but so far so good. No accidents! Lol!

Ice tray do not fit well. Very disappointed

I bought this a while ago for the ice cube trays. It does it's job. I do put the freshly filled trays on the bottom, and the trays that I have removed the center piece from on top. This way if I splash any water out it will not cause the ice cubes to solidify. It works well, and I have not had any issues. It does take up some precious space, but less than single trays. I have it on another rack so I can also use the space blow it.

This was a pain in the butt to use. All you want to do is fill up the ice cube trays with water and slide them onto the standYou can't do that with this item. Putting the trays in the stand is like trying to refuel an F-16 in flight. With both hands you have to guide it thru the legs and suspend it while pushing it in (since there is no "floor") until you get the back end of the tray over the back crosspiece. Oh, and do that without spilling the water. Not worth the time, effort, or money.

As far as stacking trays in this, it'll handle 3 trays. Now, not all trays are the same. On my 2nd try, the Sterilite works pretty good.Sometimes when removing the Tray Stand, it takes a little it of acrobatics ;-)
