Roebic K-67GDB 16 Ounces Granular Drain Buildup Remover

I read a review in which this product was given 3 stars because of no scoop and it didn't dissolve well. The products purpose is to clear the drains. I have lived at my residence for 11 years and the water in my bathtub has never gone straight down the drain without being backed up or waiting to drain. I used a shaker/blender bottle, opened the drinking spout, then poured the contents directly over the drain. I used hot water and opened the spout ever 5 seconds to release the hot pressure in the bottle. Great product. If it works give it the flowers it deserves.

I bought this and forgot I had it. When drain flies appeared I was trying everything possible and nothing was working. I used this stuff in every drain/toilet and it completely got rid of the drain flies. It's been months and they are still gone. I did it 2 days in a row (not sure I needed to do it twice, but wanted those things gone LOL :)

I've been purchasing this product to help alleviate clogs from my kitchen sink drain. Older house, smaller drain pipes in basement, etc. I often had to clean out the pipes in basement every year but since I've started using this product I've only had to clean it once in last few years. I probably got lax on using the product and the grease and food particles slowly clogged the pipes. But I've been very diligent since and hope that this product continues to "eat away" at the grease and food particles which end up in the drain (difficult to train the family to not use sink as a disposer which we don't have). People should not expect this product to unclog a completely plugged drain. This is meant for continual maintenance.What i don't like is the huge price increase. Went from $9.63 for 16oz to over $17 on amazon. Just found this product at Fleet Farm locally for $8.49. Thanks for introducing me to this product Amazon but twice the price I need to buy elsewhere.

I've been using Roebic drain buildup remover for years and it works great. It's made of enzymes that actually digest the soap and other crud that lines the pipes. If you use it once a month your drains will remain open and clear. It's not a chemical drain opener for a clogged drain, it's a drain maintenance product that you use monthly to keep your drains in good condition.

May not work on every clog. Kitchen drain slow to.go down, and no better off after following directions closely. Possibly roots growing into pipes— time for plumber!

The product is as good as advertised. The packaging was much less than adequate, allowing the plastic covering to be breached and about 1/3 of the product out of it's container. Fortunately, it is a powder so I was able to recover most of it.

I have had a gurgling sound in my laundry room for a couple of years now. I had tried 3 different drain cleaners which made no difference. Before calling a plumber I decided I'd try this K-67 after reading some of the reviews. I didn't think it would have any or much effect but the price was way cheaper than the plumber would be. I was in shock that the next morning almost all the sounds had disappeared after just one treatment. I then gave a second treatment with double the amount and all the gurgling is gone. This is an amazing product. I'm going to continue to treat all my sinks every couple of months from now on. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

My bathroom sink was completely clogged. I tried plunging and lots of junk kept coming up but not completely clearing (draining very slow). I ordered this, received next day followed directions and after 8 hours like it suggested I ran water, plunged a couple times and swish it was all clear. I'm happy to find a product that won't hurt my septic and there's lots left to use periodically to keep my side of the sink clear...hubby doesn't have this issue.
