It is very good voltage converter. In this range it is really best product. Thickness is to good in it. It is better than those converters which gets hot to quickly. This one is very cool. Wire is too long in it. It is working good and it is also helpful for converting electricity. I personally liked it.

The device is not giving output at all... This is so ridiculous, that such stupid cheap unreliable stuff is offered on Amazon blindly.

Compact and sturdy design. Works very well for electronics and protects from any fluctuations.

I bought it to connect my Bose speakers that I got from US. It has been over two weeks now and it is working great! Better than those tiny converters which gets hot too quickly. This one stays relatively cool. Only one hitch. Us connectors have one of the plug pins wider than the other, and you will feel some resistance in plugging it to the converter's socket as it is not properly aligned. Theey just use some metal plates to align it and can be easily fixed. If that one glitch was not there, this would be a great product!

The screws to fasten the output socket are protruding and foul with the plug that would go in the socket. This is so foolish an error, it’s hard to believe. Otherwise, it works well and the finish/workmanship is superior to the average standard of Indian made products.

The converter started smoking heavily. I sent to note to take the product and replace a newer one. Till this dat none had come. But I get note to my SMS inbox that Pluto tried but I was not available. This is pure lie. I am so upset with the product and the way Pluto functions.

Low quality... The fuse box was cracked and loose when I received it. Works as expected though. Suggest looking for alternatives if you can.
