Standard Process SP Cleanse, Kidney & Liver Support, 150 Capsules

Yes, I love the entire Standard Process 21-Day Detox that my doctor prescribed for me. I have been sticking to it faithfully and have already lost 11 lbs in 14 days. I wasn't expecting to lose that much since the booklet I received with the program said to expect 1 lb per week. But now I am eating 5 times a day and replacing 2 of those meals with just the protein shack. I have added lots more vegetables to my meal plan and have learned to cook them in delicious ways. Plus, the only meat I have added on Day 11 as suggested, has been organic turkey meat. With just a palm-full amount to a cup of vegetables was delightful and delicious. The best thing about this particular Detox program is that you don't get diarrhea at all and there is no stench -- AMAZING! I will continue to use these tablets even after my 21-Day Detox has concluded.

I go to a homeopath and chiropractor/clinical nutritionist (uses applied kinesiology). I have had perennial problems with my kidneys, liver, gall bladder and intestines, none of which appears on standard tests. My homeopath recommended "doing a cleanse." I was looking at several. I also have tried several in the past, which produced very favorable bowel health. I mention the 21-day Standard Process Purification Product Kit . Both homeopath and clinical nutritionist are big on Standard Process products and recommended it to me as a personal health project. I bought the ingredients online and did the program. SP Cleanse is part of the program. Both my homeopath and nutritionist were very much impressed with the results. Last week my homeopath said if nothing else, it is very visible in my face (toxins were obviously removed) and I appeared to be very much "filled with life!" Since the program is also a very nutritious one, she suggested that I plan to do it once more in the near future. So, I am buying the components I need. This is one of them. FYI: I did not lose as much weight as others claim to have lost. I lost about 11 lbs. I had started an exercise program in a local gym at the same time. This possibly had something to do with the results. I was not disappointed with this since the exercise has done me a world of good.

I was very skeptical about this product but I was having a gallbladder attack and wanted something quick. This product happened to be same day delivery and it had great reviews. I was a little disappointed that I did not realize I had to consume 7 pills, 3 times a day. I am only able to get the 7 pills down once a day so far. I have been taking these for over a week and I feel so much better. I am watching what I eat and incorporating excercise and drinking a lot of water. I previously took a different brand in liquid form and it was good as well just expensive. My doctor suggested surgery but I don't have any stones so we are monitoring things right now. So far I am very pleased with the product.

My Husband & I just finished the Standard Process 21 day cleanse. Between the two of us we needed 2 bottles SP cleanse, 2 green food, 3 gastro fiber, 2 powder mixes, and 1 gymenma. Although the cleanse was challenging, it was well worth it. I lost 8 lbs & my husband lost 20. We had plenty of energy, and if you follow the guidelines you are never really hungry, and you actually have less food cravings than when you're not on the cleanse. The supplements are very gentle on your system, but I wish they would make the sp cleanse ones larger, b/c it is annoying taking 21 pills at a time (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5). The cleanse forces you to be creative with cooking and food preparation, and is just a great way to rethink how and what you eat on a daily basis. The shakes are super delicious if you make them with "Naked" or "Odwalla" juice, or coconut H20 & frozen fruit. We replaced our coffee maker with a blender, and my husband has kicked a pretty serious caffeine addiction during the cleanse. We plan to keep drinking the shakes in the morning in place of coffee, and we are going to make this cleanse a yearly ritual.

I have been using SP Cleanse for several years as part of a 21 day detox. Typically I use SP Cleanse along with SP fiber and SP Green to complete the 21 day detox. The 21 day detox program includes strict dieting (protein smoothies with plenty of vegetables, fruit and water). Typically I lose about 10 lb in 21 days and see significant reduction in cholesterol. I have found out that all Standard Process supplements are exceptional, made from organic ingredients and more importantly SP grow the ingredients in their own certified farms. Note that I have used SP cleanse only as part of an overall detox program. Also be warned that the detox program is not for the faint-heart and requires significant resolve and discipline to succeed.

i used to have swelling in the mornings or afternoons this has helped greatly it took about a month to start working

I took this as directed on the bottle, but on its own (with out the SP cleanse) and I did not notice any improvement/difference in my digestive system or anywhere in my body. I had no adverse effects either. So, maybe it helped in ways that were not perceivable to me. Who knows with supps.
