Works great! Husband used for running and felt it working right away. Good shape. Just a little baggy but it doesnt need to fit closely to work well.

This thing really works.. I'm a size 18 US and I ordered a 4X..its perfect... The only thing is the zipper does goes down.. I had to add a little hook like the ones on a bra yo hold the top part from opening.

I think it's working to spot reduce.
Oh man he first zip was a struggle! But I've lost some bulk and it's not as much as a wrestling match to zip. I think the extra sweating on the upper torso and back has helped spot reduce.
