the squishy part of the pin is not squishy and it doesn't write that great either.
These were not comfortable pins at all in my book and the area that supposed to be squishy on it wasn't. If any of you have arthritis out there osteoarthritis or rheumatoid, get a Bic Atlantis pen, they are awesome and they write fantastic! That's the only one I'll get from now on

Easy to grip.
Sprained a finger on my right hand making it impossible to write with a skinny pen. These are easy to grip and made signing documents much easier. They come with a lanyard that will go around your neck but you have to pull the lanyard over your head to use the pen as it does not separate from the pen easily.

TERRIFIC PENS!
Yes, these are big and fat, but very lightweight. They are easy for my arthritic hands to hold. And they write extremely smoothly and effortlessly. I bought the gel type ones and really do love them!

great for limited mobility
purchased for a friend with hand fatigue issues, with them being big and chunkly yet still lightweight she seems to be able to write longer with less pain. the lanyard is a nice bonus, and the green color is a nice cheery pop of color on her desk

There's proof!
Got them for a gift for my boss who writes a lot and always asks for a forearm massage (I'm an O.T.) I haven't given him as many massages so I'm pretty sure they are working great. Also he always wears it around his neck, a feature that I thought was going to be inconvenient, but is a total win!

Easy on the hands
Multiple colors available, allows for large or small cursive handwriting without difficulty. The cartridge itself is cheap but workable, basic ball point pen. To engage lock on cartridge press down until a noticeable click is heard. Lanyard attached is good for some.

Did not write well
The ink "skips" when you write with the pen. I had to keep going over what I wrote to fill in where the ink missed. I returned them

I burned through all of these pens in like 2 weeks
These are cute and comfy to hold BUT they didn't have a lot of ink in them and you could see thst by looking at them. I burned through all of these pens in like 2 weeks. Disappointed!!
