Really clever programmable user interface ( which means once is set up you don't have to think about it at all) and outstanding tech support from real people who actually know the products. Its such a refreshing change to have real people on the end of the phone who just answer the phone and can happily talk you through any aspect of setting up or installing without having to go through loads of menus and call centres etc.
