Space-plugs were recommended by a colleague. I used them for the first time today fixing some Ikea cabinets to the wall at ceiling height using another excellent product. The Ikea units had black adjustable spacers supplied but only 2, I needed 4 due to having to space units off the wall. Space-plugs to the rescue! I glued the male threaded part to the back of the unit and could easily turn the female part up to the wall. Job done. Worth every 38 pence for each one used. These space-plugs are going make my job so much easier.

these areas simple but wow what a difference they make im a cabinet maker and fit my furniture, getting cabinets secured to walls is not easy when spaces between cabinet indwell is required. prob solved with this. well done for inventing this

I love these things, simple but effective great for kitchen and bedroom fitting, I’m sure I could find lots of other uses for them too!
