I loved the depth of healing heat for my dibilating nerve and muscle pain that I bought one as a gift for my paraplegic brother for Christmas. He commented how relaxing it was for him that he had deeper sleep the first time he used it.

It looks like it would be great but it didn't come with a cord????? I am in serious pain and now I have to wait all weekend for a replacement I am so angry.

I LOVE THIS heating pad. Has helped so much with my pain and arthritis. The price is great compared to other companies selling jade or amethyst matts. The size is good as well. The heat penetrates deep and you can tell it's different than just a regular heating pad. This winter the cold has chilled me to the bone and I cant seem to get warm but just laying 15 mins on the pad will warm my whole body. It can get SUPER hot, probably too hot. I definitely would not leave it on unattended. The controller is a major downfall, its terrible. Hard to connect, doesnt work right sometimes. Sometimes the lights wont turn on, I cannot get the timer to work, sometimes it wont heat up but it I turn it off and back on it fixes the problem. Overall for the price, it's worth overlooking the problems.

I bought this product according to my friend's highly recommendation, and already used it a couple of times. It's really fantastic feeling. This great product comes with detailed construction, and easy to operate. One can easily adjust the heating temperature and time period. It's definitely safe to use. All my family members can get relax after whole day work. It's really worth to have this lovely and great product.

This heating pad heats up fine and quickly.. Found the controller confusing and asked the seller for instructions which I received promptly. No opinion as of yet if this type of heat is providing better pain relief than a normal heating pad. However it does feel as if the heat is penetrating to a lower level of my back.

Came without a power cord, rendering it useless.

The quality is amazing! Heating is great and easy to use. About pain relief don’t know yet didn’t feel improvement. But we use it with maximum pleasure. Size is perfect , product and company are awesome!
