Great item good value for money highly recommend

Really impressed with the 12 SMD chips on these 31mm bulbs. The 180LM output is the perfect balance—bright enough to see everything in the car at night, but not so blinding that it’s uncomfortable. They feel well-made and fit snugly into the holders. I haven't noticed any flickering or 'ghosting' when the car is off. Excellent budget upgrade.

These are good value and bright. I bought them to replace a bulb in a sunvisor vanity mirror on a Suzuki Vitara; I reckon they are just a little too bright for this but the originals were too dim.... Another problem was that the bulbs are quite fat and getting them in was fiddly, so if your old bulb was intentionally slim, these LEDs may not be for you. An advantage however is that the bulbs are cool when working and I had noticed that the plastic behind the original bulb had started to melt. Finally, note that there are basically two types of festoon bulb: flat ended and pointed ended - choose the right one.

Have put these in my Mercedes along with LED reversing lights from a previous review. Will add a second photo later of just the number plate lights. These are amazingly bright. I bought a few different sizes, all within a few mm of each other, and have used them all round the car now. (Boot Light, Interior Light, Door Courtesy lights, Reversing Lights, glove box) Did get a couple of issues where the bulbs didnt turn on, but then I remembered they were directional wiring, so took them out and turned them round, and they worked perfectly. I suggest trying them in whatever light fitting you have before you put it all back together. They are a little chunky for some fittings, but they have all fitted and are working perfectly. Being able to clearly see inside my car from over 10 meters away is an added security bonus that I'm sure a lot of people would find useful and reassuring. Highly recommended.

Very bright and good for interior but I tried them in my number plate lights and got flickers so I guess they are not suitable for modern cars.

After asking a question regarding suitability regarding fading out once the doors were closed on a Hyundai i20 and receiving mixed responses, I decided to take the plunge and purchase. I ordered the so-called compatible length (31mm) but they wouldn't snap in properly. The reason; there is an aluminium heat sink adhered to the rear of the LED circuit board and to prevent any short-circuiting between the caps on the bulb via the heat-sink, the circuit board is approximately 1 - 1.5mm longer than the heat-sink. This prevents the LED bulb clicking into place with the bulb contacts. All that needs to be done is to carefully bend the bulb contacts until the bulb clicks in whilst also visually ensuring that the heat-sink does not contact both bulb contacts (don't worry. It's fuse protected. 10A). Once I'd fitted the front compartment bulbs, the rear looked woefully dim. As a bonus, the LED bulbs slow fade once the door is shut or the engine started but they light/extinguish instantly if the map-light switch is used. Brilliant!
