I used this with the Fosmon Low Voltage Mounting Bracket with Screws, Single 1 Gang and the fit was perfect. I connected some outdoor speakers to my indoor amp using this wall adapter, with Monoprice 12AWG speaker wire in the wall and speaker wire with banana plugs between the wall and the amp. Everything works beautifully. The wall adapter seems well made and was a good value compared to some others at the time of review. I'm glad I chose it!

Exactly as described. Do not over tighten the nut. Once it's snug, it's good. The banana plus fit perfect and now have a clean look. Granted it's behind the tv on the wall but now I just don't have speaker wires dangling out. Quality is good for me and super easy to install. Made the hole in the drywall big enough for the 4 posts and just used 2 drywall screws to attach it into the drywall, didn't use a bracket. Not like I'm going to be tugging on the wall plate ever.

I needed to find a solution to connect entertainment system speaker wires through a wall connection. I found these banana plug plates - here's what I like:- The connectors met all my expectations - I used the screw-down connections for inside the wall, and banana plugs for the wires coming from the AV system.- The connector plates fit my low-voltage gang boxes exactly.- The connections themselves look professional and hold the wires and plugs securely.- All the screws you need to mount the connections and plates are provided.Some comments...- I bought 2 plates as I was running mid and rear channels for a 7.1 system.- The picture provided by the seller is of a front and a back view of the same plate - don't be confused!- While connections are mounted on average plastic plates, once installed, they should be good for the lifetime of the system. In other words - if you want brushed metal for strength or aesthetics, get it, but these plates offer an acceptable price point for me.- Use the long screws to mount the plugs to the gang box. Use the short screws to mount the cover plate to the plugs.- My wire is 12 gauge, everything fit well.Overall, these plates resolved any issues I had to cleanly connect the in-wall wiring for my satellite speakers to my AV system.

These are some of the easiest in wall speaker terminals to install and work well for 12 gauge wire. I have used a couple sets of these now and they have not failed me yet. I have installed them in single gang boxes with the included cover and also in larger gang boxes (see pic) with other components.The terminals are secured well to the mount and both sides unscrew to reveal a hole to insert a wire. You can certainly use banana plugs since it is designed to accept them but I prefer a solid insert wire and screw down method. Once I inserted the 12 gauge wire and screwed it down, the connection was solid. I have large amps and speakers that can take them and there seems to be no noticeable signal loss from these connections.I did end up using the pliers on my wire strippers to snug the locking ring down just a bit> even though the rings are a bit thin they held up fine while tightening. Just don't overdo it.

Good quality and works just as needed

Modern stereo equipment now has banana plug connections making them a breeze to connect/disconnect. I also wanted to run speaker cabling for the rear surround speakers through the crawl space of my house so as to hide it for a cleaner installation. This product allowed me to do just that. The connectors appear to be of good quality and the banana plugs fit snugly into them which is a "good thing".I recommend this product if you want to put your speaker wires in walls instead of running them across the floor.

Ho dovuto per necessita giuntare un cavo audio dell'impianto Home Theatre.Ho semplicemente svitato le giunzioni e tramite 2 fori le ho adattate ad una presa BTicino. Non ho notato variazioni di suono o altro. Soddisfatto.Le prese a banana si attaccano e staccano agevolmente.

Nulla da dire, se non che era esattamente quello che mi serviva.Non do 5 stelle solamente per i tempi di arrivo che sono stati un po' lunghetti. A parte questo se avete la necessità di connettere delle casse all'amplificatore e avete le traccie sul muro risulta perfetto.
