This is probably the most useful tool a contractor, plumber, maintenance man or homeowner will ever find. Unscrew the two bolts holding a toilet down, roll the Kart over the bowl, turn the handle until the toilet is off the floor, roll it away somewhere until you've fixed the flange or whatever, then reverse the process. For a new toilet installation just open the box, roll the Kart over the new toilet, turn the handle until it's off the floor, roll it into place, turn the handle in the opposite direction to lower it perfectly into place.Easy to set up, absolutely effortless to use, and if you have multiple toilets to install it will quadruple your productivity.

Our maintenance guys report that it's a good thought and product, but feels unsteady. It doesn't properly account for the lip in the bowl and maks it feel unsteady to move. They keep it low to the ground and move it very gingerly.

Save your back!!! This little cart is very helpful if you pull a lot of toilets. Even if you don't, it pays the couple of times you use it!

For those who have to pull an occasional toilet, this thing is pretty amazing and worth the price. You can lift the toilet, roll it off to the side, roll it back, and slowly lower it back onto the bolts. I see some say it's not well built, but I haven't noticed that. I'll never lift another toilet without one.

When raising toilet begins to slip from front clamp and then side , had to use a strap to hold from falling . The front and side clamp lip are to small . Need to make longer to get a better grip.

It worked great. and the two front legs with caster wheels, come off with clip on pins so it can lay flat or be hung from a utility hook.

My boyfriend owns a plumbing business. I ordered this for them. It is durable and looks alot more professional! It is easy to use and makes it alot easier getting a toilet installed into a client's residence.

First time my husband (72) has NEVER struggled putting in a toilet ! Knowing he has another one to do, doesn't bother him in the least...no problem. Works amazingly!
