Generates Unacceptable Level of Radio Frequency Interference
Before ordering this item, I contacted their Customer Support regarding the level of Radio Frequency Interference their bulb generates and in which country it is manufactured.Their reply: "This item complies with the part 15 of the FCC rules, and is manufactured in China.".I am very skeptical of the quality of any product made in China, but thought I might take a chance based on the many positive reviews. After I received the item, the first thing I did was check it for Radio Frequency Interference to a portable AM/FM/Shortwave radio.I am very disappointed in this bulb that I received. This is a very "dirty" LED bulb as regards to the high level, wide-band noise pollution it generates.Switching the LED bulb on & off, I observed a very significant & unacceptable jump in the noise level across ALL of the AM/FM/Shortwave radio bands. As a "control" for the comparison, I used a UL Listed & FCC approved 9W White LED bulb that did not generate any detectable RFI to the portable radio.I then contacted them again w/ the above observed RFI information to ask if they will stand behind their product and send a free replacement 3W Red LED bulb that has first been tested for RFI to confirm it is not generating an unacceptable level of RFI before being packed for shipment.Their laconic reply: "If you are not happy with the bulb you can return them to Amazon".Even though they stated their product "complies with the part 15 of the FCC rules", their is no FCC Approval marking on the item. This mark takes the form of a capital FC w/ a smaller letter c inside the capital C. If you are considering buying an LED bulb, you will always want to check for this FCC Approval mark on the bulb to better ensure that you are buying a product that complies w/ the Federal Communication criteria for Radio Frequency Interference emissions.LEDs that exceed the FCC emission criteria cause interference to Radios, TV, BlueTooth, WiFi, Garage Door Openers and many other electronic devices. There is a wealth of information on the internet about how serious this LED RFI problem has become due to poor quality in the design and manufacture of many LED bulbs. All that said, I give this company an "A" for prompt response to my emails, but an "F" for standing behind their product. It is possible that I received a defective bulb and I wanted to give them a chance to resolve the situation before writing this review.I am very disappointed in their lack of effort to ensure the satisfaction of their customers.

Very helpful for insomnia if used religiously and avoid other blue light!
I have had chronic insomnia for my entire life. I've seen doctors, sleep specialists, been on a dozen different (horrible) medications- a real struggle. NOTHING helped until I eliminated blue light an hour before bedtime. I use this light blub for my bedroom light and in the living room for an hour before bedtime. (Also have to eliminate blue light from the tv- wear orange goggles which look weird but helps.)

Orange Rocks
Sunset, Sunrise on my wall and Ceiling - One Orange Bulb makes all this possible. The Orange is a multi-spectrum hues tones dependant on time of day, night. One torch lamp, the shade open upward. Photos for you to view the amazing spectrum of colors.Orange light is to boost melatonin levels in the human body. I am not a scientist.First time turning on my lamp, orange bulb in, it was early evening, instant calm rushed over me.This right there is what continues, I feel my body exhale when the orange light bathes my living area.I love how this bulb instantaneous slows everything to a calm pace of peace.Images are my wall color, gray. Then is different times of day, the spectrum is alike a sunset, sunrisethere is hues of all fire colors, soft pink, pale peach, mid tone coral, fiery orange, cools, warms, the more sunlight, it's pale tones, hues, as night falls, the colors intensify to bold yet not overpowering colors*All I need is a purple bulb to make it Sailor's Delight on my wall, ceiling. I like it.

Boy was I wrong
My daughter ordered basically every color. I tried to advise her not too. I assumed they would be dim and a piece of junk not to mention the price. However it was her birthday money. When they came in I was ready for an I told you so but I had to eat my words. They are very bright and very well made for a bulb. Would recommend anyday.

SUPER BLUE LIGHT IS REAL YALL
Seriously amazed at how bright, vibrant, and blue these were. We put only TWO of them in our garage for halloween and our entire garage was flooded in vibrant, bright blue light that poured out and lit about 1/3 of our driveway. We had a fog machine inside the garage and the blue light carried even more. Worth the price, you get what you pay for and these are q-u-a-l-i-t-y.

VERY Pink
I read that light pink tinted light bulbs are easier on the eyes than typical warm or cool light bulbs. However, these are a very intense pink (almost a hot pink shade). I took a picture of them in our guest bathroom (easier to see intensity in a small room), but we ultimately decided to put them in our master bedroom ;-)I don't strain my eyes as much while reading under these lights. I usually require total darkness to fall asleep, but I easily fall asleep with these on. It's also worth mentioning that skin tone looks much better in these lights and blue eyes really pop!I think these would be awesome for a bachelorette party or girls' night in, but probably too dramatic for regular use in an living room. Even though they weren't what I was looking for, they are good quality bulbs and deserve a 5-star rating.

Flickering wouldn't stop!
Just tried to install a green bulb in my porch light for "Green Light For Veterans" - it immediately started flickering. I googled LED flickering & an article said " If flickering is present in your LED lamp... it was likely created with cheap driver components. The technology in LED lighting has advanced to the point where this should not happen, unfortunately there are companies that care more about their bottom line..." Obviously no solution to the problem = one star...but Amazon gets 5 Stars for taking care of this!!

Listing should have more info.
Ordered a pack but it turns out I can't even use them. It says on the box these bulbs can not be used in light fixtures with glass coverings. No where in the Amazon listing at the time of my purchase mentioned this. All the lights in my house have a glass encasement. The listing should probably mention you can't use these bulbs in any typical light fixture. Now I have a pack of completely useless bulbs.

Is blue light an IV drug-user deterrent?
We installed the blue led lightbulbs in 4 of the 6 sockets at our building’s entrance, as well as in the emergency exit stairwell, in order to deter IV drug users who were using the spaces to inject drugs. While the official jury is out on whether or not blue lights actually make it harder to undertake this activity, they sure seemed to do the trick for us. Since they were installed, the nightly visitors haven’t been back to our building. The lights do flicker, or produce a slight wave, when they’re installed next to each other, but this is minimal. Even in our very dark basement stairwell, they cast enough light to see one’s surroundings. They use far less electricity than incandescent bulbs, and these ones are far less expensive than any I’ve found in local shops.

The yellow ones are orange
Bought 18 of these for our small business to light up our driveway and parking lot. We ordered yellow, but when we received them the package says "Amber Yellow". They don't match any yellow lights made by other companies; they are orange and very very dim compared to yellow lights. Disappointed. And they are not returnable so we just wasted $120 and will have to buy different bulbs.

Not a good light for sleeping
My preschooler has a lamp with a red bulb in his room as a night light. When he's sick, he likes to come sleep with us, but misses having a night light. I thought this would be equivalent to the red LED bulb we have in his room, but it seems much harsher in a way that's hard to describe. This light would be fine for decorative purposes, but it's not a "restful" red.

Emits a nice orange glow.
Really like the orange light coming from this bulb. I use it in the bedroom at night. Reduces blue light coming from computer screens, along with the computer's Flux app installed to reduce blue light emissions. The item delivered was not exactly as shown in the photo. The base is silver but the part that's between the base and the actual bulb is white, not orange. Minor thing but does the job.
