I'd scratched the cornea of my right eye. I was by myself; couldn't drive to emergency. So I hopped onto Amazon and bought 3 eye products; two of which I didn't need! But these eyedrops arrived 3 hours after I ordered them and the moment I instilled them into my eye, it was like a heavenly bath over my eye. I'd say, I felt 80% better. The next day my eye felt fine. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Product itself is great. Optometrist recommended. I usually buy the vials at Costco but this had a good deal with subscribe & save. Upon opening the package (no damage), I realize the bottle is barely half filled. I thought something was wrong. Took a picture before even seeing all the other similar reviews here on Amazon. I truly thought I just got a defective bottle but I guess not. They should put that on the label so people don’t leave negative reviews. Nonetheless, still a great product and will continue purchasing.

My ophthalmologist turned me onto this, helps me with my dry eyes non-greasy very easy to use no skin irritation. I find it moisturizing and safe.

Glad this comes in this size making affordable. My doctor prescribed Systane for my dry eyes. I had been using this since 2018. It is not cheap so am glad I can purchase for less than $4.00. It really soothe my eyes, once I start to tear up I know I need a drop. My doctor instructed I have to put a drop on each eye in the morning and evening. I carry this with me at all times in my purse.

These are the best nonprescription eye drops on the market. When I was diagnosed with dry eye disease these were the OTC drops my ophthalmologist recommended. I've recently had cataract surgery and these eye drops make my eyes feel cool and refreshed.

Works great. Slightly thicker than natural tears. My doctor recommended this product for use post-op eye surgery to keep my eyes moist.
