Philips 9006B1 9006 Standard Halogen Replacement Headlight Bulb, Pack of 1

MADE IN USA! Installed in my car today and they work great. I took the car to town for a ride after dark and the headlights were brilliant and focused. I replaced off-brand LED (blueish color) headlight bulbs that were a disaster. Briefly, the bulbs faded to the point where you couldn't see in a short period of time..

Nice quality and very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Correct fit and worked as expected

Is a brand you can trust. It is a standard level bulb and works fine. The brightness is good.

Not as bright as the 3 yr old phillips bulb on the other side but works fine.

I already installed one side with the Philips 9006 headlight that I bought from Kmart in the past 1-2 years(?) for my T. Highlander. This time, rather than trekking out to the store, I just had Amazon deliver it me (for cheaper too!). At risk of making me look like an idiot, but for the benefit of someone else who is not super car-savvy: Initially when I tried to change the bulb, the headlight wouldn't fit into the socket no matter what I did. Then I realized I was trying to change out the highbeam bulb... oops. When I replaced the correct lowbeam (regular headlight) bulb it fit just fine. There is a groove on the inside of the connector that insures that you can only replace a lowbeam with lowbeam (9006) and the same with highbeam (9005). So, even though I did this easily in the past, I guess I was having one of those moments. Only cost me an extra 10 minutes of bewilderment. Also, never touch the bulb itself with your bare hands as oil residue left the halogen bulb will shorten the lifespan of the bulb. Update July 2013: Bulb still works fine. The one bought from Kmart from a couple of years ago is also working.

This bulb came wrapped in a clear bag! Not in a sealed original packaging. So, was in a doubt to try it or not. Tried anyways and works great so far.

Lo compre para un chrylser 200 2012, es igual al original me refiero en cuanto a especificaciones en dimensiones, en lo demás apenas lo instale y al momento esta trabajando bien, de igual forma llego mucho mas antes de lo estipulado muy bien amazon por eso.

Bought a pair of these to replace the bulbs on wife's Chevy Malibu. At this price, they were literally half the price than the cheapest 9006 bulb in the local shop. There are many other bulbs which claim brighter, and clearer, but I've tried most of them. They are all great in the beginning, but they fade out pretty quickly, and some of the brighter ones, tend to burn out prematurely. Simple to replace.. Unclip the power harness from the light. On some cars you have a small screw to avoid the bulb from twisting.. If you have a screw, remove it, then twist the bulb, and pull it out... Then "while ensuring NOT to touch the new bulb glass surface" insert new bulb, and twist to set. Reinstall screw if you had one, and then replug the power harness.. Very simple.
