Slightly shorter than the stock part, but for reasons
For anyone wondering, yes this screw is shorter than the stock part. It’s shorter by approx 1-2 threads. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s important to know. Some 10/22 stocks like the Titan from Victor Co. say to use slightly shorter screws for installation.I have not tried it in a standard Ruger stock or something less expensive like a Butler Creek stock, but I’m sure threads would still engage the receiver.

Shipped quickly and exactly as advertised.
Maybe there is a more inexpensive version of this part, but for a few dollars don't take the chance. Parts like this is what this company does and they do it well.

Better option for takedown screw
Better than a flathead or phillips head takedown screw.

The head of the screw got tore up by the allen key,now it won't catch and is very hard to tighten/untighten.Junk in my opinion,I'll just stick to the flat head screw and call it a day.

GREAT
Any product I have purchased from Kidd in the past has been excellent. Fit/finish is excellent and definitely worth just a little extra money spent.
