Sturdy and many uses!
Perfect. Just the right size (3”). Another review was helpful as I needed these for an indoor curtain use. Exactly what I needed. Slide nice and smooth. Very sturdy.

Perfect for BUILT IN curtain rods
Lifesaver for dormitory closets! Boys and tension rods for curtains don’t work well cause they tend to yank them, no gentle touches. Plus 72” of closet opening was pretty wide putting them at a disadvantage. I had purchased curtains with grommet holes for easy running on the bar. These would keep the contents out of sight. Confirmation with the dorm stated that they had “built in” bar but didn’t know exact diameter- just said regular size. So I needed binder rings that could open and close. I figured 2” was regular and needed an extra inch allowance for curtain at the top of the grommet. Hence, I purchased these 3” binder rings/hooks. The rings were quite sturdy and snapped into place quite snugly. I do not see them popping open. Once in place, these rings ran smoothly on the built in bar. They are also quite versatile- we used them to hang abnormal items on the rod within the closet and hang lights under the bed. The leftover rings were left with my son cause I’m sure he will find other uses for them. Quite a find at decent value!
