Item came fast and none of the sticks cracked. Seems to be working well, will last a while.

Items ordered arrived on schedule and was pleased with the order.

After having using the Sani Sticks for just 1 week, it is very difficult to judge how effective they are in keeping the drains clean. I cannot see nor hear any action without taking the drain stopper out just as I would when cleaning. Nearly every Sani Stick that I took out broke into 3 pieces because they are very fragile, break easy and difficult to remove. Maybe with a pair of tweasers would be helpful. With broken pieces, a whole piece cannot be inserted into drain as pictured. Procedure is not as easy as video/advertisement shows. I will be in better position to evaluate effectiveness in about 1 month and over time which represent normal cleaning periods. Stay tuned.

Every one of the sticks (48) were cracked at least once if not multiple times. Why does this matter? Short sticks can wash down the drain easily and you want the stick to stay in the drain as long as possible. It’s basically a waste of money for them to be short. So I’m sending them back. I’ve bought other brands and they show up without a single one cracked. These are probably rejects from the factory and therefore sold cheaply. Don’t waste your time or money, buy the more expensive ones that aren’t broken. Usually around ten bucks for a 24 pack.

I have ordered this product at least 3 times, but never from this seller, so I like what the product does in helping to keep drains & pipes clear; I use this monthly in all my drains. I made this specific order due to the quantity of sticks in the offer and to have the opportunity to try the different scents. I was very disappointed with the condition of the sticks when I received them, all the sticks in all the packages are broken, so I'll need tweezers to take the pieces out of the package to get one stick down a drain.

I bought the 4-Pk, with four different scents, one for each sink and each tub/shower. The problem drain, smells EXACTLY like it smelled beforehand. I’ve used Baking Soda and White Vinegar, foams like crazy, changes nothing. I thought I’d try these stix, to no avail. Didn’t work for me; can’t recommend them to others. ☹️
