Great product!

My first impression was that these chisels seem robust and reasonably well made. However, in my opinion they are not ready to use "out of the box" as like most chisels they need a degree of sharpening. They seem to be a single bevel product so may require a secondary bevel if that is your preference. I love Ezarc as a brand and always find their products to be of a high quality. All in all a great set of chisels for a very reasonable price.

As with most chisels they aren't that sharp when they arrive. It took about 30 minutes each to sharpen them up which is a lot less than some other makes. and since then they have survived quite a lot of use and have only need a few strokes to resharpen them despite hitting the odd concealed nail. The box is ok - quite solid , I French polished mine as I was bored one day and now I have the poshest chisel set in England.

Ich kann bisher über das Stecheisen Set nichts schlechtes sagen! Für den Preis kann man definitiv nicht meckern. Natürlich sollte man sie, wie jedes andere Werkzeug mit einer Schneide, direkt einmal schärfen, aber das würde ich sowieso machen, egal welche Preisklasse. Sind die Schneiden einmal geschärft, gehen sie durch das Holz wie durch Butter. Getestet habe ich sie an Kirsche, Eiche, Nuss, Esche und Ahorn. Keines der genannten Hölzer hat mir Probleme bereitet. Die Eisen lassen sich gut halten und machen im gesamten den Eindruck einer soliden Verarbeitung. Falls also jemand eine günstige Möglichkeit sucht, an Stecheisen zu kommen, kann ich ihm dieses Set nur empfehlen!
