After hearing about the benefits of Ashwagandha, I started searching for a product to try. I've been using Ashwagandha with black pepper extract for a couple of months and am very pleased with the results. I feel less stress and anxiety since I've been using the product. I love Cooper Biotech's Ashwagandha! I have been using it for over a year and it really helps with my stress that I hold in my neck and shoulders. My Dr. wanted me to take Lexapro for my anxiety. I asked if I could try ashwaganda before turning to a drug and she gave me the go ahead, so I bought this. It takes a while to work, several weeks, but my anxiety is in check. I've purchased my second bottle and will continue to take this.
