I wanted a bigger Yorkshire pudding tray and I got one. I haven't had any issues with puddings sticking to the tray, I do use a bit of oil. The tray feels sturdy and it's easy to clean.This was a good buy.

Fits in a full size oven much better than the four pud tins. Add a beef oxo to your mixture ;-)Try preheat oil at 210, 12 mins at 210 then turning the oven down to 170 for another 10 mins to stop them flopping. Don’t dishwasher. Hand wash only. Your tins will last forever.

good quality, but results with american muffin tins are better
this is ok. absolutely nothing wrong with the product, but purchased to compare how well yorkies come out in different tins. I have so far only used this tin once, with a batter mix that i know works very well in deeper muffin tins for yorkies. The muffin tins are better. This tin may require a different mix or temperature, but after first test i would advise get some american muffin tins
