So delicious
This chocolate came quickly. It is a heavy bar and was broken inside the wrapper. You have to break it up anyway, so I don’t care about that. The chocolate was perfect. I usually break it in pieces and then vacuum pack it until I need it. I have had some of this type of chocolate for two years, still in perfect condition. It was priced reasonably, so I bought it.

Beautiful Chocolate
Beautiful huge bar of gorgeous milk chocolate made from some of the finest chocolate makers. There were no cracks in the block, the only thing I wasn't happy about was... there was a tear in the side of the outer wrapper, this is not the company's fault, I think it happened during shipping. Either way, grateful to have this big block of chocolatey goodness, and it was all in one big piece. Ive already had one of these blocks before and it was fantastic. Can't wait to tear into it. Tried to show pictures but won't upload.

Gorgeous - Easy to temper
I made the stupid mistake of ordering this assuming it was the chocolate callets. So I was mortified when it arrived as a block. My error, I know. I should read more carefully 🙈🙈 However the product was great. Once I'd mastered how to break it down without wastage it worked as well as the callets. Great tasting

Disappointing Slab of Callebaut Chocolate
I am very unhappy with the condition of this slab of Callebaut chocolate. The slab was cracked in half, a chunk was broken off and the edges are all crushed and crumbly. The chocolate is also not shiney. I have always purchased Callebaut chocolate with a definite sheen to it.
