Small pill and the quality is good
My husband takes these daily. He has diabetic and there’s some nutrients that his body doesn’t process as well so our doctor recommended vitamin D and these are a great value. You can’t buy them in the grocery store or Walmart or Walgreens for this reasonable price and I compared labels and I compared amounts of ingredients and they are very very similar so we buy these quite a bit. They’re very small which he likes. He doesn’t like a big giant pill. The quality seems to be good and they do the job.

I use this because I don’t have enough vitamin zi , because I am not in the sun a lot. If you spend a lot of time in sun, you probably don’t need these. It can help you from getting brittle bones. Dr. told me to use them. I have not had any side affects at all, It hadn’t bothered my stomach, but if your worried about that just eat first to make sure you have coated your stomach,
