The strap is certainly more ‘lightweight’ than the original but still appears to be perfectly up to the job.It fitted into the watch as smoothly & securely as the original item and it’s double-pin fastening might even be more secure.The reason this strap lost a star for me is that it looks too small/narrow for the watch itself. It’s clearly ‘aftermarket’ and you’d never pass it off as ‘original’. I know this strap is sized ‘42mm/44mm’ but it really looks kind of <42mm. The listing images don’t really show just how small the strap looks when actually fitted to the watch in reality.The above doesn’t necessarily detract from its appeal to some but it is something to bear in mind when choosing this item.
