Perfect book to document my recipes. I love the way it’s organized and it has enough space for me to write all the details I’d like.

I was a little on the fence about purchasing this because of some of the other reviews. BUT I'm so glad I did! This recipe journal has so much more than just a place to write down your recipes. Meat temperatures, when produce is in season, etc. I included a pic of the contents just so you can check it out. Unfortunately, like others have said, the paper IS thin. But I just use a regular ole pen and it's not bad enough to bother me. I included a pic that shows how much the pen bleeds thru the paper just in case. This journal includes 2 ribbon like bookmarks and easy to get to sections. The sections have more than enough room to write the whole recipe down and all around its just a really sturdy, nice looking journal. Definitely would recommend!

Love this book

It’s a very detailed journal and has helpful information in it like a food calendar, pan types, knife guide, cake slicing guide, etc…. It even has a way to rate recipe difficulty. It’s just more detailed than I was looking for. Not sure I’ll be able to consistently use it, but, it is a nice journal. I will definitely take my time and enter a few of my loose recipes to see how I like it. The way it’s packaged has made the elastic band looser than I would like.

Similar to many Moleskin products, this moleskin recipe notebook was designed in Italy. The Italians choose the color scarlet. I love this choice of color because the protective scarlet cover is so easy to identify among many other cookbooks lined up, side by side, on the kitchen self. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with information that I will use. The paper is yes, thin, however I have no trouble using my black "Pilot Precision tip Rolling ball pen" (several dollars for three at Amazon or Target.) I will write my secret recipes in this book to pass on to my loved ones. Very happy with this purchase.

Amazing quality, super detailed and there’s plenty of pages for many recipes.

Love this little recipe journal. Just like other Moleskine products it comes with fun little stickers to add some character to your recipe pages. The book is separated nicely into different categories. Love the legend on the side to quickly show serving size, difficulty, cook time etc etc. The page/category dividers on the side that allow you to jump to a section have a film to prevent them getting dirty or worn down which is a really nice touch. Also comes in a hard cover which the book slides out of to protect it with all the constant use!

Good product to document your personal recipes.

This is super well made book but it was too small for the way I like to write out my recipes.
