Back Brace Posture Corrector for women and men Back Support Belt Lower & Upper Back Pain, (waist 35.4-39.4 In)

This is one of the best back support braces I have ever worn. I have severe back pain and back issues due to a car accident that I was in and it has left my back really messed up and I don't have the insurance at this time to deal with it but this back brace has been wonderful helping me to where it does ease some of the pain and I am able to move around more. I like how it has the metal braces in the back to where it helps your posture and it helps you when you're standing up as well as when you're sitting down to keep that same posture. Also from the sizing chart typically I would wear an XXL but this one is an XL and it fits me perfectly so for me the size runs a bit big.

Day one: fits well and is definitely improving posture and eliminating back pain BUT I almost pulled a muscle trying to get the thing on. The fact that it's elastic is both good and bad. Good in that it makes it completely adjustable, bad in that if you don't have a good grip it can slip through your fingers and snap back around your other side. The same is true for the velcro which actually may be worse as it catches and adheres to all other velcro parts. Since everything criss-crosses behind you, you can't what's sticking to what and which strap you've got in your hand. It took a bit for me to finally get it on correctly (almost called hubby for help but was determined to do it myself) but once on it's pretty comfortable and definitely giving me some relief..

Braces in the back are stiff plastic, not adapted to natural curve of the spine. Looks awkward as you wear it. Digs into armpits. Could be designed better.

This is what I needed. There are several of these support braces but this works well. The key is having support around the belly to keep it in the right position.

The description indicates up to xl fit which should have been the tale-tale sign. One item intended to wrap around the torso of a small person and large person WILL lose something in overall fit. Belly wrap became a chest wrap and the underarm support looks like two rubber bands around an elephants ankle! I did like the idea and the metal rods to support. But it's not a one size fits all. Sorry.

I got this for my father in law who had back pain and poor posture. I think wearing this a couple hours a day combined with proper back exercises can be beneficial with these issues! Material is well put together and has ventalation holes

Came as shown. Easy to wrap around. I used for about 2 hrs a day at first then I used longer. I tried using it overnight and I felt that helped me the most. Night time back pain was my issue waking up uncomfortable. It has helped and it works when I use it for walks. I cannot use at work but I wish I could use it when I'm moving. I think its a good buy. Not fixing everything but pain is lessened with better posture
