Needs slight modification to work well.
Nice lightweight jig. My main complaint is that it is difficult to tighten enough to keep the rods from slipping. I solved this by putting the brass thumb nuts on top of the plate, and using four adjustable lever 1/4-20 thumb nuts to the bottom with 1/4 flat washers. This allows me to tighten it enough to prevent the slipping. The manufacturer should take note and upgrade to a setup like I did.

Good monkey fist jig
Quality is over all good. The two things I don't like are one, the Post's are a little difficult to tighten and two, it really needs to be capable of being mounted to a bench or something solid. On the plus side it does what it is intended for vary nicely. Once you get the posts tight around your ball bearing you can make a tight monkey fist with this jig. It's a good buy.

Yet another tool for working with paracord
Works great, would have been 5 star if I could have figured out how best to immobilize it in a horizontal position.

Seems like a great tool, cannot wait to use it!
I will let you know how well these work after I create my first few monkey fist keychains. 5 stars because it's a nice quality tool.

Works
after assembly , I had trouble with one of the steel rods and thumb nuts, it slides down the slot and will not stay tight in place no matter how hard you try to tighten it. But it will still work.
