Didn't work missing parts to attach it to the steering wheel. Won't pair with my phone Very disappointing, Then they want to charge me to return ?? If the item worked to Start with I would not have to return it.

I had previously bought this product (VR3 VRBT330W Bluetooth Speaker Steering Wheel Kit) and one of my relatives was very interested in owning one, so I shopped the web, and saw this add for the product. My cousin is thrilled that i was able to find it for him and he is very happy with the product.We both really love inexpensive, simple use technology products.RegardsAlRasin

My husband got this for me a long time ago so I could concentrate on driving with 4 kids in the car. I liked that it attached to the steering wheel rather than up on the visor as I'm short and sit closer to the wheel and is harder for me to reach the visor while concentrating on driving. It worked well with my old cell phone. Although the features didn't all work well, the main features I wanted to call and do voice dialing and answer a call by just moving my thumb over and hitting a button. The only con with it with my old phone was that the best place to put it for me was at the upper right side of the wheel, at one or two o'clock, and I could not see the gas gauge and that annoys me. With kids in the car I need to know when I'm getting low on gas. Other than that, it worked well WITH MY OLD PHONE.I got a new phone and when my husband synched it to the hands free it did not work fully. I could receive phone calls on the hands free, but I could not call out using the voice dialing which defeats the purpose of having a hands free. I make more outgoing calls than incoming calls. I will call home or will make a quick call to long distance family members while out but could not do that. I had to set up my cell phone to call out using the voice dialer on that, which drew my eyes away from the road (we have a lot of freeways in our area) and after it connected and the people answered the phone then I could talk on the hands free device. We have tried multiple times to resynch and get the hands free to work with the newer phone and nothing after all these months. Now the device doesn't work at all. Not sure what the problem is. Doesn't matter since it doesn't work with this phone anyway.Now I'm on the hunt for a new hands free device for my phone!

Looks like a great idea but half the buttons on it would not function. Owners manual is of very limited help.Went to the online site and found no additional information. Does not even show where the microphone is located! I returned it to Walmart where I bought it on clearance for thirty dollars.
