It is a good oil, but heavier than I'd like
I order Extra Light Tasting oil to make paleo mayo but this one is heavier than the supermarket version I usually use. It is a good oil, but heavier than I'd like. Because it's "Extra Light Tasting" I give it a 3 star review, but generally it would earn 4 stars as an olive oil. It's good tasting and versatile.
