Wonderful aged sherry vinegar
This sherry vinegar is rich in flavor and makes for a wonderful addition to any dish that calls for not just any sherry vinegar, but one that has been aged to perfection.

Complex and delicious!
It arrived in perfect shape, no leaks or breaks. It is delicious, a little more complex than the basalmic from the grocery. I use it to marinate red meats, (beef and venison) on anything basalmic is used on. It’s strong and worth a try!

It's really strong
So, I've never had any sherry vinegar as far as I know. I saw this in a recipe and thought it sounded interesting. I cook with sherry a lot. BUT - this did not really taste the way I imagined it would. Sherry is at least slightly sweet. This on the other hand is a powerfully strong vinegar product, not reminiscent of balsamic vinegar at all. However, it has a great flavor and will no doubt go well in many sauces, etc., and even in savory dishes a dash will add some brightness and freshness to the finish. For a treat, mix 1/2 cup of sherry vinegar with 1/2 cup of brown sugar, bring to a simmer over med-low heat and concentrate it down. The resulting sauce/glaze is great with fish (esp. salmon), grilled vegetables, and even as a drizzle over berries and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Takes my gazpacho to the next level!
I’ve been using red wine vinegar in my gazpacho for years and recently discovered that sherry vinegar was “the” thing to use. I took a look at a bunch of different sherry vinegars and finally settled on this 30 year sherry vinegar. I was blown away with the results. It has absolutely made my gazpacho next-level fabulous! If you’re on the fence about whether to go with a younger or older sherry vinegar or wondering whether to use a sherry vinegar at all, just try this one. You won’t be disappointed. There is not a lot in the bottle, but it really didn’t take much. Bon appetit!

Taste Great!!!
This is the 3rd time I have ordered. I really like your product, the only problem is each time I order instead of a 2 day delivery it is postponed for at least 5 days.

Great as substitute for Chinese Black Vinegar, gluten-free
I bought this Columela Sherry Vinegar to use as a substitute for Chinese Black Vinegar, which I haven’t been able to find gluten-free. Multiple websites mentioned using Sherry Vinegar instead, and this did work really well. This is just what I needed as the final touch for some recipes I’d been putting off.As the parent of kiddos with autism, there are causes near and dear to my heart. Decent, but cork was bone dry and couldn't extract.
I love aged Jerez vinegars, and this one has a nice flavor for the money, but this is the first time I've seen a cork this dry. There was absolutely no way to get it out, and I was very gentle. Bone dry, sawdust. That is a bit worrisome but other than that, nice vinegar but slightly too tart for a 30 year.
