I was born in Japan. This delicious drink brings back memories. It is a nourishing drink that helps digestion. My own children love it. It's a special treat. My only complaint is that the bottles have always been too small.

I have been drinking these probiotic Yakut for over 3 decades and typically I just get them at the local grocery store as those are the most affordable place; however decided to acquire these thru here because it is much more affordable For my gut these drinks work well, and I'm a person that do not drink much dairy products, so I drink these to add some type of dairy and good lactobacillus to my gut to counter all the soda and junk food I eat daily. I have never had any issues, and even if they are a few days past expiration date, these typically taste just fine. Sometimes before the expiration date these don't taste good. Bad taste is when you drink these and these taste a bit sour. One thing I never do is drink more than 1 a day, the most I would ever do is maybe 2, because if you have a few too many in the same day, you will find yourself in the restroom a lot thru the day. Overall great value for the money and I truly believe in the benefits that it provides.

I used this as a nutritional supplement for someone with combination IBS, and after three months it has been easy to keep in rotation. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture, which are much lighter than expected. Pros -Light, smooth texture that does not feel heavy -Light citrus flavor instead of a strong milk taste -Small portion size works well for limited stomach capacity -Easy to tolerate with digestive sensitivities Cons -Only sold in small packs of five Overall, this has been a reliable option that fits well with digestive limitations and volume restrictions. It feels thoughtfully sized and easier to consume than many similar products.

We loved drinking Yakult back in China, and this still has the same familiar taste—but the price is much higher here.

I bought this Yakult, and while the price is higher than in Japan, I’m still overall satisfied with the purchase. It tastes just as good, and it’s nice to have a familiar product available here. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality.

Easily my favorite beverage in the world, I can drink gallons of this stuff. Nothing tastes quite like it, you gotta try it to understand. Don't get the flavored varieties (like strawberry) -- the original one is the best. The only con is that it comes in these pathetically tiny bottles.

Yakult is the most amazing thing ever! The taste is so wonderful and I hate to be TMI but it saved me from a yeast infection when I was on antibiotics last week!
