Bought this probiotic due to a few factors: probiotic amount, different strains of bacteria, veggie capsule, its shelf stable, and a good price which are all markers of a quality product for me. I like to use probiotics to keep my gut happy, it helps with my digestion when things are feeling sluggish and it's a staple in my routine for my health. So far so good, I take one probiotic every other day due to the probiotic amount, I don't need much than that due to eating fermented food as well. For beginners take high dose probiotics, I would recommend starting off slow to see how it makes you feel until you get to the recommended dosage. Love this, it will be a repurchase for me

I'd suffered from frequent indigestion and acid re-flux for over 6 months. It didn't seem to matter what I ate. Everything caused it. I tried this probiotic although I was skeptical. I saw improvement in my digestion within only a week. I noticed I was reaching for my ginger and licorice less often though I was eating the same as usual. It was only the odd item that would cause it while I was taking this probiotic. I was only taking one a day, as suggested on the bottle. Perhaps if I upped that to two a day, it would cure it completely, but that would be, I think, prohibitively expensive on my budget. Then again, it might mean I spend less on antacids and herbal soothers!

Please be aware of the lactobacillus ingredients. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking the product due to an intense pins and needles type of itch. However, my daughter has taken this product with no issues, and she says it has worked well for her. So, it depends on the person.

Quite a decent mix of probiotics. Dairy-free, which is important for us due to a serious dairy allergy. Recommended regardless.

Seems good for the price.
