They are not, I'm 6 feet tall and weigh about 200 pounds. I purchased a large from a brick and mortar store (that didn't do returns) way to big. Ordered a medium from Amazon, still to big so I returned it for a small which fits great.

Q: What country is it manufactured in ?

China but look at it this way you can pay $140 for the same jacket made in America or only 70 for this one.
