I only need the smallest bowl of the three tier. Who sells them loose?

So sorry, I do not know if they are sold separately. When I purchased the set I did not see options for individual purchase.

Do the bowls wobble?. They look like they could be easily knocked out if someone dipped into the contents

What is the total height with the rack and bowls in place?

Maybe roughly 18 inches high but I gave this item as a gift so I never measured - that should be in the specs of the product

I got mine from Wayfair. One of mine broke and Wayfair replaced it for free. I would ask Amazon if they can replace it, If not then call Wayfare. You might have to pay for it, but they’re pretty good about giving you what you want.
