Q: Any idea what the pound resistance is on each of these?

Afraid not. When comes to physical comparsion. Except maybe about 20% & below; of those hand grippers at 20lbs setting. But you can double up. -- Use them off & on. Mainly to focus on areas when needed. Or if I find myself getting repetitive postions. This way forcing myself to do something different. Maybe little weird for some. And best to go in as for fun & technic outlook when using. And of course, the hand, finger length or how thin/thick fingers are. Changes everything. -- Anyway hope this helped 'some'.

Q: Whats the difference between this and the Sport pack?

Hello A. Flores, The Original packet contains 1x Yellow (very soft), 1x Red (medium) and 1x Blue (hard) FlexEx. This is an all-around pack from soft to hard. The Sport pack does not have the soft Yellow, but instead has 1x Green FlexEx which is medium hard (falls between the Red and the Blue).
