I’ve gone through a lot of parchment paper over the years, but this silicone-coated baking roll is by far the best I’ve used. The nonstick coating actually works—cookies slide off effortlessly, roasted veggies don’t weld themselves to the sheet pan, and cleanup basically disappears. The roll format is convenient too. I can cut exactly the size I need for oddly shaped pans, and the paper doesn’t curl up at the edges like some cheaper brands do. It also holds up impressively well to high heat without browning or becoming brittle. What surprised me most is its durability. I’ve reused single sheets multiple times when baking light items, and they still look good. If you bake frequently or just hate scrubbing pans, this is one of those products that quietly becomes indispensable.
