I take this is the winter to boost my immunity. I think it makes a difference.

I've been suffering from chronic Epstein Barr for many years. It was undiagnosed and I was told I was just a "low energy" person. Finally found a naturopath who diagnosed me and I started taking these in conjunction with ViraCon and HPA Axis. I took it for about two months and for the first time in years I feel good and actually have energy. I was just tested again and am clear of Epstein Barr now. My doctor said it usually takes longer on the medication to get rid of the virus, so stick with it. This stuff is amazing!!

I started taking monolaurin at the recommendation of my naturopath for treatment if Epstein-Barr Virus reactivation. After a week or two of treatment I started feeling better and will be taking it over the next 6 months. I trust that it's working and will give an update after retesting in a couple of months. This seemed a very reasonable choice and sit, gluten and dairy free. I just purchased my 3rd bottle.

Got a couple bottles of this in preparation for the coronavirus epidemic, just in case Wish the CDC would test this to see if it works on the new strain of CoVid-19.

Definitely helps with EBV. Slowly titrate up the dosage. I take 1 capsule three times a day then build it up to 3 capsules three times a day. I would take it for at least 6 weeks for EBV reactivation. I have not tried any other monolaurin products but this one is definitely legit.

Ordered once, noticed no differences while taking this. Will not reorder.

Since adding this supplement, I have noticed quite a bit of difference in how I feel. Knock wood, no colds or flu or pneumonia which I had battled the past three winters. Suggested to my sister who works in the school system and after taking this, she also had no colds from the kids.

My dr recomended after two bouts of antiobiotics failed to rid me of a nagging cold and cough. A few days on Monolaurin and I felt so much better. Now whenever I feel like a cold is coming on I'll pop a couple of these for a few days.
