What are power specs? I purchased a 12V 2A power supply and camera will not power on.

Thank you for asking, it might be different reasons This camera is default AHD format and AHD is not compatible with all DVRs in the market. If you can not see the camera image through your DVR please try to switch other formats by the menu button on camera wire. Please remove the protection cap of the menu button then push the button to different directions(up, down, left or right) and make sure hold for 5 seconds till you hear the click sound. It is also possible that the camera itself is defective. To test if it is actually powered on please cover the lens and see if the inferred led turns on. That way please just return it. Is this really 2.8-12mm varifocal lens with adjustable field of view as it's specified on the description?

I bought one of these and I didn't find the option to change its focal point, mine is always 2.8 12mm
