5 Star Quality for a 2 Star Price!
I know they aren't supposed to matter, but first impressions are a BIG deal to me. The packaging of this projector is SUPER nice and projects an initial feeling of quality. I have owned two projectors Prior to this one: A small "cube" projector and a budget-style $50 projector. Both of those were enough to satisfy my kids (4&6) but there were definitely features in the more basic projectors that sent me shopping for something better. I'm not a particularly avid movie-watcher so I couldn't justify spending big bucks for one of the professional-style projectors, but I wanted one nice enough to permanently mount in my finished basement/movie room. After sifting through dozens of projectors on Amazon I stumbled upon this one and was impressed enough by the reviews to pull the trigger. I figured--if it didn't live up to the hype I could always return it. Well, a month later and I am happy to report that I still have the projector and I am eager to throw another positive review into the pile. The device itself is built with a very solid feel and is aesthetically pleasing. And as many other reviewers have stated--the sound is wonderful!! My cube projector lacked an internal speaker and the $50 projector I purchased had the most awful built-in sound that I wondered why they even bothered to include it? I had to use external AUX speakers or a bluetooth transmitter to separately-purchased speakers to get any kind of decent quality sound. It was such a nice surprise to finally find a projector whose internal audio source was sufficient. As another bonus, the fan sound is minimal and makes my cheap projector sound like a lawnmower. The picture quality is wonderful as well. The brightness and contrast were such a huge upgrade from my other cheaper projectors that it made me wonder how I tolerated their images before? The image looks great even just projected on the wall but looks phenomenal on a budget projection screen. My kids were so excited to see the improved quality that they felt like they were at a movie theater. It was cool seeing their reactions mirror mine: the GooDee Projector was a solid 5 stars with us!

Great Price for a Great Projector
This Projector exceeded my expectations—especially for the price! It’s compact, easy to use, and delivers a clear, bright picture. I hooked up my Fire Stick to it with no issues, and it worked perfectly for streaming movies. Whether you’re using it indoors or outside for a backyard movie night, it’s a fun and affordable way to enjoy a big-screen experience. I also love that it’s compatible with so many devices—HDMI, USB, laptop, and even my phone. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly projector that really delivers!

Vivid colors and crystal clear 1080P projector
This is an amazing projector! The AI Image Tech really delivers on its promise—the colors are much more vivid and the details are sharper than my previous 1080P projector. Setup was a breeze because of the auto-focus and auto-screen alignment. The built-in apps work great, and the sound quality is excellent. Definitely a 5-star product for anyone looking for a premium home cinema experience!

Great projector for the price!!!
First off; I’ve only used the projector once. I will update this review as time goes on and I use it more. -Background: This is my first projector so I did quite a bit of research trying to find something that worked for me. Once I started researching I ended up going down the rabbit hole so to speak. There’s so many things to keep in mind when buying one (lumens, bulb life, throwback distance, number of connection ports, connectivity to external speakers, whether or not the bulb is replaceable, etc. I learned all this while researching and reading other people’s reviews so take your time and do some reading too). I first bought an Epson projector because it’s a “brand” name. It was beautiful and easy to navigate. I didn’t even have to read the instructions BUT I returned it because it turned out to be a pain to try and attach external speakers to it. -What I was looking for: A simple projector to watch movies outdoors with the family (we have two nieces ages 6 and 4). I didn’t want something super expensive because I knew that we would only use it a few times a year, hence it made no sense to me to spend a ton of money on a projector AND external speakers. I just wanted something fun for the girls (let’s face it, what do kids know about great movie/sound quality?) We’re not picky people so I wasn’t looking for movie theater quality picture and sound. All I wanted was something fun to share with the family. -What I found: If you’re looking for movie theater quality picture and sound you’re going to HAVE to spend thousands of dollars on a projector and external speakers. If that’s not a problem for you, then go for it. If you’re just looking to have some fun with the family find something that won’t break the bank BUT remember that you get what pay for. So if you buy one of those $99 projectors, don’t expect greatness. -Pros: GREAT family projector. Picture is clear and crisp. Easy to navigate once you figure out how to do it ; ) Giant screen if you have the room to move your projector back so you get the screen size you want. We played an hour and forty movie for the girls and when it was over the projector was not hot. Not even warm to the touch. We did not notice the noise from the fan at all but keep in mind that we were outdoors and not sitting next to it. I did try it indoors first to figure out how to use it and even then I did not think the fan was very loud. -Cons: Despite what the product description says, the projector speakers ARE NOT LOUD. You are going to need external speakers. The instructions for the projector are written weird. It’s really hard to understand them but after playing around for a few minutes I had it down. It’s not rocket science so don’t let that deter you from getting this projector. BOTTOM LINE: So far I’m totally happy with this projector. I recommend it if like us, you’re looking to have fun with your family. Our first outdoor movie night went great. For sound I bought a 25ft long audio/video cable and connected that to the headphone jack of the projector and then I connected the other end to one of those Costco square portable black speakers and that worked for us. I also tried it with the computer speakers we have and that worked too (indoors, when I was trying to figure out what to use for sound). I already had a VGA cable to connect my iPad/iPhone to the projector via their included HDMI cable and stream Disney+ for the movie we saw. Again, I’m very happy with this purchase and I recommend it. I will update my review as we get more use out of it.

Great product - I bought a 2nd one!
Have used this projector for several months and recently bought one more for work. Very happy with the quality and ease of use. Highly recommended! See previous more detailed review below. I was specifically looking for something that would work well in normal room lighting for presentations and screen sharing. After much research I decided to give this one (GooDee Video Projector 3600L) a try. In a nutshell - it was a good decision! Honestly, it works better than I was expecting it to. I have used it for about a month now. Picture quality - the room light quality is pretty decent. The brightness and contrast are good enough to read text on screen in a classroom with ~15 people. The quality of course goes from good to great as ambient lighting is reduced. Setup - the projector is sturdy and fairly lightweight. Was very easy to setup. I actually move it quite a bit for use in different places - and it has been easy enough. I get best results when the projector is set at a height of where the bottom of the projected screen is - dont set it up any lower as the edges of the screen will start blurring (true for any projector). No sounds from cooling fans etc - its pretty quiet. Features: It has great speakers - which I wasnt expecting and was pleasantly surprised to discover! I would still connect my surround sound system for movies - but the built in one is sufficient for most other things. My favorite feature is how easy it connects to the phone and mirrors the screen (I purchased a HDMI adapter cable for my phone separately). You can also directly connect Roku and such streaming devices. Overall, I like it and recommend it!

Worth it!
I bought the projector and stand together and I love both! I just opened it and set it up to my wifi and connected to my Netflix and it was so fast and easy, less that 10mins. Super impressed with the price and quality of everything. I’ve always wanted a good projector for outside movie nights and this one takes the cake. If you’re hesitant don’t be, definitely a good buy. We’re excited!

NOT 1080p!!
I do not understand why the description says 1080p. Even the Image of the Product has 1080p highlighted. It will only project 1280*768. This is NOT 1080p and it is NOT 16:9. It is 16:10 at best which may seem like a small difference but at 100+ inches diagonal you will get a lot of wasted horizontal space. I must have played around with this thing for hours trying to figure out what was wrong, did I have a setting messed up, maybe my input device was not set correctly. Then I finally started looking closer at the description and it clearly says 1280*768. Aside from this and the fact that I will now have wasted space on my 100" 16:9 screen, the projector is very solid. The picture is clear and the sound is actually pretty good. I had some speakers set up ready to go and when I turned the projector on and played something the sound was so good I haven't bothered hooking them up. I probably still will but the point is you would be OKAY without any. My purpose was for playing video games in my office and not having to take over the living room TV to do so. So I am not watching big time movies or using it as a regular TV watching device. I pull down the screen, turn on the projector, play some PS4, turn it off, roll up the screen and back to the real world. My 3 stars is based on the inaccurate and confusing description. It doesn't help either that many of the Customer Answered questions confirm it is 16:9!! A simple measuring tape and calculator will prove that wrong. 16 divided by 9 is 1.78. Measure the projected picture and do the math, width divided by height. You get 1.67 which is 1280*768. Would love to be proven wrong and shown how to get true 16:9. I will happily update this review!!

Nice and Compact Projector
i like how compact this is and it adjust focus automatically once it’s moved. The resolution is clear and works very well in daylight and on my (currently) coloured walls, so it’s truly a good TV substitute. Less noise than my old projector and easier access to the apps.

J'ai acheté ce projecteur pour faire un ciné parc maison. On ne le regrette vraiment pas. Belle qualité d'image et de son également.

As advertised
Everything we hoped it would be. Only wish I had considered getting a projector with wifi capability and zoom in and out capability.
