It is a wonderful tight and strong very well made back strap. I wanted my posture to be straight and this device helps me daily to get there. Great purchase do not waste your time on an upper body puller ones...I tried them before and those are nothing compare to this one. Highly recommended.

Did not give string back support. The shoulder straps are very awkward and visible under clothing

works well to correct shoulder posture but fails at the back. I needs to have tension on the shoulders but that pulls the waist support up. this makes the waist portion not work and then causes slack in the shoulders which makes that part ineffective as well.

I have lower-back pain that causes me to have bad posture (extremely bad posture). If you are like me, please DO NOT buy this item. It WILL NOT fix your posture whatsoever. It's just simply not tight enough for people with bad posture. I made it as tight as possible around my whole back, and my posture was as bad as it was before. It's too stretchy, allowing bad posture to loosen it. Hope this helps!
