Amazing shotgun with cool features
Play of a decent nerf collection and this is quickly becoming one of my favorite blasters. I run it bare bones minus the stock. I think it aims well right over the top with nothing on it. I did add my 30 round drum magazine to it. Very cool that they added the switch for slam fire. And the little hidden gun in the stock was an excellent idea. Even that Little guys shoots pretty well. TheThe flashlight that a comes with is more forest that X as well as the scope. I tried to use the scope in I was off every shot. Which is why ruin it As is. 🤩

Super fun and great value for money.
I picked 3 of these up on sale for $20 and they are fantastic. The attachments are fun and there's even a light you can put batteries in if you want. I like the blasted barrel extension and the hold-out blaster on the stock.Super great value for money and it shoots well for a nerf blaster (I'm not super hardcore on nerf blasters, I just like to play with my friends indoors usually). No issues using the repeating mode once you get used to it. My biggest complaint is we made a huge mess and cleaning up darts is a pain!

Awesome Nerf Gun
This is a great looking toy nerf gun. It has so many great features to it, you'd want to play with it all day. I love this color, too. Very bright looking and will never get lost. Shoots great and gives kids lots of fun for hours. Makes the perfect addition to any existing toy nerf gun collection.

Averages 68 FPS; evolution of the SlingFire, with many attachments.
Nerf Zombiestrike ScravengerThis sounds like scavenger, but it’s not. It’s Scravenger, with an “R.” It has been some time since a new blaster has surfaced, and in the Scravenger here, we actually have two blasters. One is a springer that resembles a modified Zombiestrike Slingfire (it is a re-shell with upgrades), and the other resembles a modified N-strike Jolt (it is a re-she’ll with upgrades). My ProChrono Digital chronograph measured the speed of the darts fired by this stock Scravenger blaster at an average of 68 feet per second (FPS) using Nerf Elite darts (it is capable of shooting any standard Nerf Elite darts; blue, green, white, orange, purple/grey, Starwars themed, Accustrike, and decorated Rebelle darts). The standard average velocity of a Nerf Elite blaster is 70 FPS, so the Scravenger is not too far off of the elite standard. Strangely, I have determined that the Slam-fire function (the ability to fire a shot off every time the blaster is primed) fires darts at a higher velocity: an average of 70 FPS. I do not as of yet know why, but it consistently did so during my testing. The double-barreled “Jolt” blaster got a dismal velocity rating (which is to be expected) of 51 FPS. Unlike other Jolt re-skins, this one has 2 dart chambers and has the Nerf’s famed Smart AR system, which means it shoots one dart per prime. It also means that it’s second shot is slightly weaker than the first. I believe the first chamber (uppermost barrel) if rated separately, would be 54 FPS, and the second barrel (the weaker one) would be rated at 48 FPS. Not that this makes any difference because it still does what it was designed to do as an extra backup Jolt blaster. This Jolt can attach to the Scravenger’s shoulder-stock attachment, although not very securely, and it is difficult to attach it without some practice to understand the orientation. There are plastic “arms” that give a heartfelt attempt to secure the backup blaster to the stock for storage. The Modulus Mediator shoulder-stock holster/blaster attachment does a way better job at holding it’s cargo than this shoulder stock. The only saving grace this attachment piece has is it’s angled ability to fire a shot off while still attached to the blaster. Then again, it is difficult to prime it without having to hold the blaster to the stock to keep it secured (it will pop off). For those who care, the shoulder stock attachment point is actually mounted upside-down. This is because of the lower location of the mounting point, requiring a lift for a center of balance. Other Nerf blaster stocks are indeed compatible with the Scravenger’s intentionally upside-down attachment point, making it look even quirkier and to some this is a hilariously desirable feature. The other three attachments are as follows: the makeshift screwdriver turned into a green lit flashlight (batteries not included), a front barrel attachment that for whatever reason has bullet holes in it (making it look akin to a styrofoam cup that someone poked holes in with their fingers), and a scope that is useful not because of it’s primary function (targeting optics; which would suck in real life because they are designed to look like four screws/bolts that form a crosshairs), but because it can hold a spare magazine draped to the right side of the blaster. A spare magazine with easy access is an invaluable feature to have during a Nerf War, and this blaster comes with 2 rather boxy and cheap-looking (in reality they are not bad) gray 12-dart capacity magazines. Examining the shell of the blaster I realize that there are no intentional sling mount attachment points, but there are a lot of holes and handles to tie on your own sling. There are two tactical rails: both in the front of the blaster; One on top, and one under-barrel presumably for the respective optic and flashlight attachments. In keeping with the Scravenger/scavenging theme, there is also has a hole near the top of the blaster that can fit one spare dart for extra storage. As far as ergonomics, it is actually kind of awkward to hold. The priming handle is larger than the Slingfire’s, which is an improvement, but it still has a wobble to it and makes holding the handle grip uncomfortable to grab. The mere fact that the Scravenger is a bigger and heavier blaster (and an unbalanced one without it’s attachments) rob it of the ease of performing the trick priming maneuver that was the Slingfire’s trademark feature. Unfortunately what they did copy was the Slingfire’s tiny magazine release lever, but at least there are 2 of them (on each side of the blaster) for the ambidextrous (funny how the scope and shoulder-stock attachments are not). In conclusion, the Scravenger suffers from being too long, too big, and too heavy for smaller users. Trading in some the main key selling points that made it’s predecessor (the Slingfire) fun, yet, adding a lot of new attachments and features that help make-up for the lost ground. In my opinion, I like the Nerf design team’s ingenuity and fresh ideas, but obviously there are a lot of room for improvements.

Made my son's Christmas amazing
This is one of the main things on my 10 year olds Christmas list. He was so happy when he open it. The only thing I'm concerned about is the orange lever seems a little flimsy, but so far it's held up fine. His step dad helped him unbox and put it together and they found putting it together very simple. They had it all done in less than 5 min. They both were really happy with how easy it is to aim and actually hit what was aimed at.

Fun and works good
Fast good nerf gun! Had a few bullets get stuck but maybe I had the wrong bullets in, I would think that all nerfs are universal in their bullets but overall a good gun and super fun for the kids even has a holder for an extra mag!

Fun time waster that'll make you feel like a sniper
I got this at 20 dollars. That's already enough to win me over because nerf ain't cheap. Its not the fastest gun as it's level action, so you won't win games against battery powered rifles. The scope is useless, the 12 round capacity is appreciated and the feel is good. The lever can feel a little wobbly but if you're not agressive with it, you'll be fine. Good gift
