Rhinomed Turbine Nasal Dilator for Athletic Breathing - Improves Airflow During Exercise

This genuinely really helps me with my breathing at night! I was punched on the side of my nose around 20 years ago, and for all that time every night I have struggled to breathe. The only rest I could truly get is using a nasal spray, which can be harmful long term. I feel my intelligence reducing when I get a few bad nights sleep, so surgery was honestly my next option. Thought I'd give nasal strips one last try (the ones with magnets), but this popped up when searching. And honestly, they're absolutely amazing. Instantly they open your nose fully so you can breathe. They make me look.a bit weird, so I cant wear them in the day time. I have quite a bug nose I guess, but I found the smallest one from the starter pack of 3 is more than sufficient. In fact even the medium sized one makes my nose hurt a little. I wish I found these 20 years ago, or maybe they didn't even exist. But honestly, these are likely quite literally a life saver for me. Sleep Apnea can cause long term heart problems, memory problems, strikes, etc etc. I don't know if there are any bad chemicals in this, but frankly I don't care - I'd like to think its non toxic. Honestly, for £15 quid for a starter pack of 3, I'd urge anyone with breathing difficulties to at least try these. £15 is a very small price to pay, in the pursuit kf your long term health. They're absolutely amazing. Thank you for inventing these!

Works very well but it is quite firm and cut the inside of my nose each nostril after two days of use.

So happy the yellows are finally available in the UK. If you have collapsed nostrils & those sticky things don’t work - these are truly a lifesaver (esp with the clear ones - can sleep through the night!). Only downside is they are ridiculously expensive - if you need them regularly you are looking at £500 a year.

I heard about these from a friend and as someone who struggles to breathe through my nose whilst running I thought I’d give them a go and they are a game changer you don’t need them all the time as I have trained myself using them to breathe through my nose without them. Game changer

Just a waste of money. I have issue with one of nostril not working properly and was hoping this will help as I usually wear the nose straps which actually work but don’t stick well during long runs. This nasal dilator is so much worse - first of all it hurts , even the smallest size and it doesn’t help with breathing. Maybe it works for other purposes but definitely doesn’t work if you want to increase airflow in poorly working nostril.

Effective and comfortable despite a firm feel. Useful for sleep, but there’s a chance it won’t stay securely in place for the entire night, so users might find it has fallen out by morning.

3 sizes to know which one is suitable. Does really help to breath through the nose during cycling. A bit pricey for a bit of plastic. Comfortable to wear.

Its good you can reuse them but that as comftable as normal nose strips.

fonctionne très bien; l' ajustement des coussinets est très utile en cas de déviation de la cloison car on peut régler différemment les 2 narines. j'hésite entre la taille M qui est confortable et la taille L qui tient mieux ( insertion plus profonde ). Rhinomed fabrique une version plus souple destinée qu' au sommeil ( ronfleurs non sportifs ).

En un accidente se me enchuecó la naríz hace muchos años. No es tan evidente a la vista; sin embargo me cuesta mucho respirar con la narina izquierda porque el hueso está desviado. Con este aditamento se abre muy bien la narina y entra todo el aire. La uso para el yoga, y para el cardio también y me funciona de maravilla, porque me permite meter todo el aire necesario sin la angustia que a veces sentía antes. Así puedo aumentar mi rendimiento con mucha tranquilidad. También la uso para no roncar en la noche y sí ayuda, aunque no al 100%. Lo bueno es que los pequeños ronquidos que me llegan a salir son casi imperceptibles.

Por duración, comodidad, estética y precio me ha salido mejor el Respirfix. Eso sí un caja muy bonita, pero hay se acabó lo bueno.
