This product lasts for 12 hours or even more. It could be cheaper but the priceis OK. The heat varies throughout the day, but it helps me with muscle/joint aches.Overall I recommend it.the positives- it works as described- it lasts a long time- it is easy to apply to clothing.the negatives- the powder inside the patch can move around- the heat varies a bit too much with time- a little hotter would be a little better-

I have a chronic sacral joint inflammation and have tried them all. This is the best value and works the best of them. It stays warm the longest in my opinion. You can put it on when you will be on a trip and can't move about or use ben gay. I am amazed how long they stay warm. A convenience item.

Used this for pelvic pain, It helps a lot.

These pads were not as pliable as the ones purchased in the stores. Perhaps they had hardened more than they do on the store shelves, but they still were the best things I have yet found for my back pain.

I ordered 3 boxes of beyond bodiheat,, and received only 2 boxes. I would like to get my other box

I wish I had found these pads sooner. They are great for Interstitial Cystitis, which many people with it would not know., also Menstrual Cramps. I had been getting them from the USA, but now I can get them from Canada. Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you. Worth more than a 5/5. I would easily give them 10/5. Keep them in stock.

Not happy at all with this product. I've wasted 3 of these things trying to get them to do what the package and instructions say but no matter what I do, they DO NOT GET THE SLIGHTEST BIT HOT... I don't know what I'm doing wrong (if anything). I'm starting to wonder if I have received a bad batch or something? Either way, I'm not pleased with this product and I will seek a refund because had I also known that they are meant to stick to your clothing and not on the body, I wouldn't have bothered because they don't stay in place, clothing moves and so do these "cold" patches...
