It’s a smooth tea with beautiful color , smell and delicious taste that is full bodied and elegant. It releases its flavor immediately so I get 2 mugs full from each bag without any bitterness. The tea gets 5 stars, but the box of tea in a bigger box was crushed. That's not great, and I don't understand how it happened because the outer box wasn't dented at all.The quality of this tea is superior, and it is my favorite black tea of all!
