Great machine
Works really well, have been using it on 220v have not tried on 110v as of yet, but I expect it to work just as well, unit comes with everything needed to start cutting metal except the air fitting. Been cutting fence piping. It is very light weight and easy to carry anywhere you need to. All in all it is a very good unit for the small price you have to pay. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the initial results.
Very pleased with the initial results. I made several cuts on 10 gauge CS sheet and 1/2" CS plate just to see how well it cuts. I was pleasantly surprised, especially with the 1/2" cuts. The air regulator is set at 65 psi for both materials. Control settings were at minimum for the 10 gauge and maximum for the 1/2". More testing to do before I'm completely satisfied, but for now quite happy. A good plasma cutter at a great price.

Great value for the money
So I didn't expect much to be honest. I used to own a commercial plasma torch but got rid of it because it required to much power to run, I figured it was time to get another as the cut off wheels only can do so much. I looked at lots of them from $2000 plus hi end machines to the ones at Harbor freight and decided to buy what I thought was a cheap investment as this was only $300 so defiantly on the low end of the price scale. When it got here it was well boxed and there was little to put together so with in a few minutes it was ready to use. I put tape on the air fittings as I read they tend to leak air, you need to cut the air hose to a desired length as it comes much longer than it needs to. It did come with the 120V cord as well as the 220V and a small bag of tips and cones.I didn't even read the pamphlet I just set the machine to 20psi and put the knobs to 28amps on 120V and bam it cut great threw 1/8" diamond plate, a little slow but common what can you ask for out of a $300 machine. Today I cut threw a 1/4" weld and two sheets of rusty 1/8" steal at once with 20PSI and 36amps like to wasn't even there. I am very impressed with this little machine and as long as it doesn't burn up over time I will recommend it.The tip it comes with is short and will junk out after an hour or so of use but the replacements they send in the bag are much better and require less amps to cut, wire brush the tip after each use and make sure you grind the ground surface for best results. So far I think it is as good as my old commercial unit and about 1/10 the size, these things have come a long way.

Great piece of equipment for the price.
This is a really reliable cutting machine for materials up to and slightly I've 1/4 inch thick using 110. The task cutting power can be seen using 220.

Only 30 minutes of operation and now non-functional
Purchased this item to use in my home shop. Arrived in good order without damage. Seemed like solid construction. I got the 110/220 version and started with the 110 side of things. It blew the breaker on 110 so I had a 220 installed with correct plug socket ($80 that I won't get back with this purchase). Tried it again and it was better and worked well for 15 minutes. I must have cut about 9 inches of plate and the unit just stopped functioning. The unit turns on and the fan runs. There is a "O/C" light (Overcharge, Open Circuit, Orange County...) that came on as a result of when I try to engage the machine. I changed the tip, unplugged it, reset the breaker, redid all of the connections, and inspected the unit for damage. Nothing I could see was wrong. I checked the "owner's manual" (all seven pages of poorly worded phrases) which didn't even list the "O/C" light. The fault checklist mentions damage to a board, and as though I am to inspect it. Even though, they clearly state that I should not "dismantle" it.So the obvious con is that the unit failed after about 30 minutes of use (max).Other cons:Owner's manual is of no value. Doesn't even mention how much PSI you should have running through the machine from the air hose. The air fittings and tighteners are poor and leak.Received this email from the seller. Plasma cut 50
I love the one I got so far, I did buy a longer ground lead but for the price and it has cut every thing I have needed to thus far. And mine worked great with a pancake air compressor how ever I haven't tried it on 110v but it seams to work great to me on 220v .

Excellent product
I seen this little plasma cutter and decided to go ahead and buy it. It's been an excellent purchase. I've used it a few times. It works excellent. You're not going to be there for the money.

Very nice simple package, exhibiting formidable performance, at a attractive price.
This was the least expensive dual voltage 50 amp plasma I could find; I decided to try it.I know this Chinese welding and cutting equipment rather well, as I was one of the early group of importers here in the USA.There have been improvements for sure, this 50 amp/ IGBT unit is coming in cheaper than MOSFET/ 40 amp units used to.This machine worked well out of the box, with 220v input I got a good cut in 1/2", roughly 12"IPM, so pretty darn good!At 110V I fit 3/8 " at about the same travel speed.I did notice a bit of choking at 110V and suspect the small wire gauge of a garden variety 16ga.extension cord was causing a voltage drop, so I suggest a larger gauge, 14ga. Or such, if you need a cord. This is a nice lightweight and portable unit, which is exactly what I needed. The pt-31 torch is old style with the paddle trigger, not sexy, but easy to operate with gloves.External regulator, again, not sexy, but easily serviced, and keeps high pressure air on the outside of the machine.Simple outer case that is not dependent on the plastic parts should they break down the road.Like the addition of the post flow air and adjustment, especially useful when doing the higher amp cuts.Main criticism- ground lead only 3' long, 6' would be better.Small suggestions, no mention of importance of moisture free air supply, and no recommendation for air pressure; I found the pt-31 seems to like 40-50 psiAlso a heads up if you have troubles with the cut face not being at 90 degrees to plate surface, pt -31 tip has 2 sets of 4 little air grooves; rotating the tip and reorientation of the groove can affect this, running against a straight edge can cause this to need attention as well.Bottom line here $200 to get a very impressive cutting capability in your workshop or at your maintenance situation., Inexpensive readily available consumables, good cutting thickness, high portability, so as long as it shows a good lifespan, it is a winner.Fan after-run after power off, should help the electronics, another nice feature.

El aparato no funciona
He recibido el aparato, cuando lo he podido conectar ni siquiera se pone en marcha la chispa para cortar. El contacto de salida estaba sin conectar. He tenido que abrirlo y conectarlo con un tornillo.
