Nach ein paar Monaten haben sich mehrere Tasten am Handy gelöst. Auf meine Anfrage hin, kam sofort die Antwort, dass ich das Handy zurückschicken soll und die Vorderseite ausgetauscht wird. Heute ist das Handy retour gekommen, top - wie neu!!!! Sehr rascher, kompetenter und netter Kontakt, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Robust, handlich, Akku ist raus zu nehmen usw. Ich liebe es! Ist mir lieber als ein Smartphone! Auch wenn das für die meisten ein "no go" ist. Außerdem mag ich kein Touchscreen!
