Very nice scope at a value price
I’ve got a pair of these mounted on air rifles. One is a PCP air gun, so no recoil to deal with. The other gun is a Gamo Swarm that has significant recoil as many springer and gas piston guns do. So far, it is unaffected by the dual motion recoil.I wish the parallax adjustment would allow closer focusing at the high power end. As you crank up the power, the close end of the parallax adjustment increases to beyond the marked 10 yard minimum. Between 15 and 20 yards is the best it will do at 12 power. Not too bad, but not ideal for target shooting on a bench.A sunshade would be a nice accessory to have.

Great scope
Very good scope. Use it on a springer 22 cal and holds zero. For the price yu can't beat it. Optics are very clear at every parallax setting. Would buy again.

Great scope for not alot of money.
This is a large, full-sized scope that appears well made and is also airgun rated for Spring and Gas Piston guns. The adjustable objective allows focusing from 10 yds to infinity. At 10 yards both the target and reticule (mil-dot) are in sharp focus. Comes with plastic lens covers, one clear the other yellow. The sharpness isn't great with the see-through covers, and I take them off when it comes to fine focus shooting. It's a 3-12 zoom and the focus and point of aim is consistent throughout the zoom from 10yd out. The mil-dot is easy to use for hold overs and shooting from different distances once you've learned through experience how many clicks/dots to hold for a particular range. The scope is not illuminated, but I find the clear sight picture and the nice mil-dot reticule to be all I need. The elevation and windage are both adjustable without tools and have held zero so far. It also have an ocular adjustment to set the scope for your vision. Works well for me.

Bright and clear.
My scope experience is using a dozen or so scopes ranging from the cheapest ($12 crosmam pellet replacment) to $1200 top end vortex. The good:1) Very clear.2) Very bright.3) Control are great.4) Super simple to use. Mine is fix 4x, controls are great.5) Zeroed in a matter of minutes. I'm using this with air rifle in the 15-50 yard range. This is PERFECT.The bad:1) Well, no cheap rings.2) No flip out covers.BUT FOR THIS PRICE I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SCOPE. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

Not worth the money.
After taking 6 shots at 25 yards and zeroing the scope out I could cover a 3 shot group with a dime. Very pleased with the results. But after shooting several parie dogs. And putting the gamo air rifle up for the night. The next morning I went shoot a parie dog and noticed that reticle and rotated 15 degrees inside the scope. After the reading all the reviews on this scope that is the only reason I purchased this scope I will send it back and hope that this scope is one that went bad. And wait for a replacement and try again.

Looked nice, Clear view
Looked nice, Clear view, Could not get it to hold zero from the first shot. @ 35 yds I had a 2' group never two pellets even close to each other. To make sure the gun was on I removed the scope and just used the rings and I could hold a 4" group just using rings only at 35 yds. must have got a bad one... Returned for refund trying another brand.

Very sound scope for the money
5 stars for value. This is a nicely put together scope. Not a mil dot fan but the crosshairs are relatively thin and mil dot isn't nearly as thick as comparable Leapers scopes I've got (True Hunter 4x, Bug Buster 6x, 4 or 5 of the older Gen 2 4x and 6x). MUCH better quality than $20 NC Star (which I cannot recommend). Barska's glass is good, minimal distortion or flare, especially for forty bucks. Controls are smooth and very positive. It feels like a more expensive scope. Great for air rifle I put it on. I'd buy another if I needed to scope a 22. Wish it was available in 6x32.Years ago I bought a Barska 4-12x32 (I think it was) to put on a CZ 17 HMR when that cartridge first came out - maybe 2003 or '04. That scope was pretty crummy and I sent it back and got BSA Sweet 16, which is still on the rifle. This Barska is worlds ahead if that early one! Barska is to be commended for the vast improvment and still keeping their products at a very reasonable price point. Like I said, great value.

So far so good
Time will tell if this scope hold up to the spring recoil of my Gamo.

Been used to crappy scopes too long
Been used to crappy scopes too long, so when I mounted this one it was nice to see the adjustments worked smoothly and the reticle adjusters are large and easy to move without tools. I had it dialed in with 4 shots.

Gutes kleines ZF !
